Everyone needs a go-to dressing + this creamy sauce is mine. This vegan Tahini-Maple dressing is creamy, easy to make, and so versatile.

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine 2 Tbsp. of water with tahini, rice vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic cloves, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour dressing into small jar and stir in the hemp seeds.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to enjoy. Leftovers will keep refrigerated in airtight container for up to a week.
