Enter this recipe: the jack-of-all-dressings. Keep it in your refrigerator for those quick lunches or elegantly top off the salad at your next dinner party.
Say hello to my Tahini-Maple dressing.
Using tahini as the base for salad dressings has been a game-changer for me. It creates a naturally creamy + dairy-free sauce without added thickeners. Plus, tahini salad dressings have a perfectly earthy flavor that just can’t be beat.
Blend that tahini with some maple syrup for some natural sweetness, garlic for flavor, and vinegar for a big of tang. Finally, stir in hemp seeds for added protein + texture. Friends, this dressing is everything.
I hope these dressing becomes a staple in your home! My Tahini-Maple Dressing is:
Sweet + Savory
Easy to make
Earthy + Tangy
& so Versatile!
