

Golden Milk Smoothie Bowl
Materials
- 2/3 cup nut milk I used cashew milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 japanese yam steamed then frozen (or sub more banana)
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings (optional):
- maple-date-pecan granola
- hemp seeds
- almond butter
- chopped nuts or seeds of choice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping the edges halfway through to ensure evenness.
- Pour into cup, sprinkle with toppings if desired and serve immediately.
