- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter(or sub your favorite natural nut butter)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Mix and mash all ingredients except the blueberries in a quart-sized mason jar (a fork works well to mash the banana and combine the sticky almond butter). Once combined, gently stir in the blueberries. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours). Enjoy warm (microwaved for 1-2 minutes) or cold—I enjoy these overnight oats cold best because the chia seeds create a delicious gooey texture when they are soaked. They are still delicious warm though.
