Beans on homemade sourdough toast + ripe avocado 🥑  This has become one of my favorite brunch combos. 👉🏻 I’ve been loving the ritual of baking sourdough bread on weekend mornings. Not only does it make the house smell amazing, but it is incredibly satisfying to enjoy with your favorite toppings after the fermenting, rising, and baking process.

Healthy-ish cookies anyone? 👉🏻 been whipping Healthy-ish cookies anyone? 👉🏻 been whipping these up during the #quarantinelife + they are Ella approved AND (probably more importantly) husband approved.

I’ll be sharing these on the blog at some point, but in the meantime, give this easy recipe a try and let me know why you think!
Healthy-ish PB + Oatmeal cookies:
1/4 c rolled oats
1/4 c oat flour
Big pinch salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c coconut sugar
1/2 c peanut butter - I love @wild_friends
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients until well combined.
.
Drop 2 tbsp amounts on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden with softer centers.
.
Let the cookies cool on baking sheet for 5-10 minutes (as long as you can resist). And ENJOY 🧡
