5 Easy Weeknight Dinners

After a busy day at work, I love coming home to make a good dinner.

But, if you’re like me, weeknight dinners can be a struggle. Sometimes I don’t have the right ingredients on hand, don’t know what to make, and don’t want to spend my entire night cooking.

Planning our dinners out at the beginning of the week, helps me know what to grocery shop for, and ensure we are eating healthy, real food.

Thus, I’ve compiled 5 of my favorite, super easy, and nourishing dinner recipes for you to make for the upcoming weeknights. They are fast to make + many of these recipes use the same ingredients—so thats an extra bonus.

    Hey Ella! I want to look at these recipes better, but when I scroll down the screen is white. When I scan my mouse over the blank white, the pictures pop up, and then they disappear when my cursor moves. I’m not sure if that was intended, but I just watned to get a better glimpse at these recipes!
